In 2020, I knew absolutely nothing about flower piping or cake decorating. What began as a simple curiosity grew into a journey of trial, error, and discovery that changed my life. Each time I picked up a piping bag, I was reminded that progress comes with patience, practice, and the right tools and guidance. And somewhere along the way, I also realized something really important: if I could do this, anyone can.
That belief is at the heart of everything I teach: anyone can do this! My greatest joy is supporting others on their own journeys—encouraging you when it feels tough, celebrating your wins, and reminding you that you are capable of so much more than you may think.
