Chocolate Special Spackle

Equipment

  • Large microwavable bowl
  • Microwave
  • Wire whisk

Ingredients

  • 300g semi-sweet chocolate
  • 75g heavy cream, or other nondairy liquid

Directions

  1. Head to the video for instructions on how to make Special Spackle.
  2. 1. Microwave heavy cream for 1 minute.
  3. 2. Pour hot cream over chocolate, and let sit for 3 minutes.
  4. 3. Stir, then microwave at 50% power for 30 seconds.
  5. 4. Let sit for 1 minute, then stir again.
  6. 5. Repeat microwaving if needed, letting it sit for a minute before stirring until smooth.
  7. 6. Cover with plastic wrap and let set for 2-3 hours at room temperature.
