White Chocolate Special Spackle
Equipment
- Large microwavable bowl
- Microwave
- Wire whisk
Ingredients
- 300g white chocolate
- 75g heavy cream, or other nondairy liquid
Directions
- Head to the video for instructions on how to make Special Spackle.
- 1. Microwave heavy cream for 1 minute.
- 2. Pour hot cream over chocolate, and let sit for 3 minutes.
- 3. Stir, then microwave at 50% power for 30 seconds.
- 4. Let sit for 1 minute, then stir again.
- 5. Repeat microwaving if needed, letting it sit for a minute before stirring until smooth.
- 6. Cover with plastic wrap and let set for 2-3 hours at room temperature.
